What motivates me to work daily at CCT is the opportunity to deliver high-quality projects while continuously improving my technical and leadership skills. Every day brings new challenges from coordinating with different teams to solving technical issues, and I find satisfaction in ensuring that electrical and mechanical systems are completed safely, efficiently, and according to the standards. Knowing that my work contributes to the successful project completions and clients’ satisfaction motivates me to give my best every day.
I would describe CCT’s approach work culture as Excellence because of the focus on delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement. This approach creates an environment where employees can grow, work efficiently, and achieve shared goals as a team.
Working within CCT has taught me to balance Filipino teamwork and flexibility with Japanese discipline and high standards. It has strengthened my work ethic, improved my attention to detail, and helped me grow into a more reliable and adaptable professional.
By carefully reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements before construction begins. I coordinate with engineers, and the site team to identify and resolve potential issues early. I use project planning and scheduling tools to monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure work follows the approved plans.
During construction, I compare actual site conditions with the design, verify that the EM supervisor is conducting and completing the quality checklist for every activity in accordance with the required procedures, monitor the long lead equipment and materials, track any changes, and communicate with the site team promptly to maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety and project standards. I also conduct engineering meetings with all EM staff to discuss issues encountered in previous projects, share best practices, and identify opportunities for enhanced project performance. This proactive approach helps minimize errors, reduce rework, and keep the project on schedule.
What excites me most about the future is the opportunity to work on more complex and sustainable building projects. I’m particularly interested in adopting new technologies such as BIM, smart building systems, energy-efficient MEP solutions, and digital project management tools to improve project quality and efficiency. I also look forward to solving technical challenges and delivering projects that meet high standards for safety, quality, and performance. Each new project is an opportunity to learn, innovate, and contribute to the successful completion of challenging developments.
