Job Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and updating of bank balances.
  • Preparation of the Daily Cash Position Report and securing complete and correct attachments/supporting papers.
  • Journalizing entries for bank cash inflow such as returned cash (SSS, Security Deposits, TPP refund, etc.), interests, bank fund transfers, and time deposit maturity, and other bank transactions.
  • Updating of the collection report.
  • Facilitate for the securing of bank certification requests.
  • Facilitate for the updating/deletion of bank users and access.
  • Facilitate for the opening and closing of bank accounts. Coordinates and ensures for the completeness and correctness of required documents by bank.
  • Filing of Journal Vouchers, Invoice Vouchers, and Cash Receipts (OR/AR) Vouchers.
  • Facilitate scanning of vouchers in no.8.
